She is survived by: her mother Pauline Shirey of Greensburg, PA; her husband Jack Kohlman of White, PA; and her siblings, Ray Shirey (Billie) of New Stanton, PA, Karen Sarge of Irwin, PA and Larry Shirey (Mary Kay) of Irwin, PA.. She is also survived by Numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and in-laws.
