With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley R. Cook (Greencastle, Pennsylvania), born in York, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 29, 2022 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Blevins and Norma Blevins; and her son Timothy Robert Cook. She is survived by: her husband Robert Cook; her daughter Katherine Rae Cook-Jimenez (Luis) of Carlisle; her siblings, Beverly Hildebrand (Gerald), Rev. Robert Blevins (Joyce) and Harv Blevins (Julie); and her grandchildren, Alex, Carmen, Javier and Eva.
