She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis Martin and Nellie Culp Martin; her husband David Solomon Layman; her son Robert Layman; and her siblings, Louise Zimmerman (Edwin), Truman Martin (Lois), Vivian Troyer (Paul), Leon Martin (Anna), Marion Martin, Miriam Martin, Mildred Martin and Eugene Martin.
She is survived by: her sisters-in-law, Charlotte Martin and Rosetta Martin. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
