She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur B. Heefner and Sarah Heefner (Vandreau); her husband Daniel Cordell; her grandson Brian Taylor; and her siblings, Louise Forsythe, Lois Donmoyer, Dorothy Greenlee, Donald Heefner and Wilbur Heefner.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel C. Cordell (Emily) of Greencastle, Donna Taylor (Clifford) of Chambersburg, Dennis Cordell (Dede) of Waynesboro and Douglas Cordell (Kathy) of Waynesboro; her grandchildren, Anita Warner (Jeremy), Phillip Cordell, Heather McIntire (Brody), Marcia Wertz Jennifer (Jason), Amanda Okeefe (James), Shawn Cordell (Samantha), Matthew Cordell (Kristen) and Kimberly Lewis (Carl); and her siblings, Peggy Myers of Greencastle, Janet Stoops of Waynesboro, Martha Miller of Hagerstown, Zaida Heefner of Greencastle, Katherine Heefner of Greencastle and Harold Heefner (Doris) of Waynesboro. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
