He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Richards and Dora Richards (Winship); and his brothers, Fred, James and Paul Richards.
He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth "Lisa" Richards and Keith W. Richards. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
