He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl K. Beers and Elizabeth M. Beers (Capple). He is survived by: his sisters, Nance Beers Korea of Gouldsboro, Carolyn Beers and Eget of Glenburn; his niece Natalie E. Fritz (James) of Madisonville; his nephew John Korea, Jr. (Olesya) of Moscow; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Carly, Isabella Chapman, Michael (Jennifer Chapman) of South Carolina, Jamison and Maddox Bessior of Glenburn.
