She is survived by: her children, Virginia Lee Cook (Thomas), John R. Cook, Jr. (Joan), Kevin W. Cook (Michelle) and Dawn Cook-Slater of Jefferson Twp; her brother James Scheitlin of Madison Twp; her grandchildren, Felicia, Caitlyn, Shaun, Cody and Evan; her great grandchildren, John R., IV, Marshall and Jessie; and her pet Fifi. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
