He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Prozzillo and Mary Prozzillo; his wife Louise; and his siblings, Frank Prozzillo and Jeanne Pagano.

He is survived by: his children, Lisa Prozzillo and Dominick Prozzillo Jr.; his sister Phyllis Fitzpatrick; his brother-in-law Anthony LaNett; his grandchildren, Angelina "Angel" Granieri-Hotchkiss (Jamie), Anthony Granieri, Elena Granieri (Alan Webb) and Isabella Prozzillo; and his great grandchildren, Mia Rose Latzko, Dominic Granieri and Alan Webb Jr. "AJ". He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, and cousins.
