She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene Kostewicz; her parents, James Harvey and Helen Harvey; and her brother Mahlon. She is survived by: her son Douglas Kostewicz (Christine); her grandson Nicholas A. Kostewicz; and her brother Myron Harvey.
