He was predeceased by: his daughter Donna Beymer. He is survived by: his children, Linda Kokladas (John), Wayne Lebakken (Bernadette) and Brian Lebakken; his wife Agnes Lebakken; and his brother Gerald Lebakken Ronald. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
