He was predeceased by: his parents, John, Sr. Stack and Lois Stack (Farrell); and his sister Lois Ann Skaugen (Tom). He is survived by: his daughter Susan Pampush (Tom); and his wife Arlene Kelly. He is also survived by several sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
