With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roger Weaver (Gettysburg, Pennsylvania), born in Hanover, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 19, 2021 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Weaver and Marie E. Weaver (Gebhart); his wife Sara L. Weaver (Legore); his son David Weaver; and his siblings, John, Nelson, Norman Weaver, Helen Osborn, Mary Moser, Catherine Zartman and Dorothy Shanebrook.
He is survived by: his children, Roger "Dan" Weaver of New Oxford, PA, Beverly "Bonnie" Seymore of Dillsburg, PA, Jessica Hill of Mineral, VA, Tracy Zimmer of Bonneauville, PA, Dale "Nick" Weaver of Gettysburg, PA, Holly Fissel of Bonneauville, PA and Michael Weaver of Bonneauville, PA; his close friend Janet Maring; and his siblings, Richard Weaver, Robert Weaver, William Weaver and Jane Benner. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren.
