He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonides Caraballo-Rodriguez and Providencia Rodriguez Caraballo. He is survived by: his wife Miriam Velez; his children, Miguel A Caraballo Jr. (Brandy), Heidy J. Caraballo, Edgardo J. Caraballo (Lisette), Jennifer Y. Caraballo and Andrez; his grandchildren, Mariah, Carlos, Gladys, Jomar, Alysha, Angelique, Edgardo Jr., Elijah, Alexander, Jailyn, Gabriela, Anthony and Savannah; and his siblings, Leonides Jr., Paula, Esther, Reynaldo, Margarita, Marta and Minerva. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
