With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Matilda V. Armstrong (Gettysburg, Pennsylvania), born in Brownsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 26, 2020 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Hinton and Matilda Hinton (Tasker). She is survived by: her husband Oswald "Ozzie" L. Armstrong of Gettysburg; her son Robert L. Barnett; and her brothers, Donald Hinton, Jr. of Chambersburg and Roger Hinton of Fayetteville. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
