She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lillian M. Leavitt (Craig) and Stanley L. Leavitt; her husband Robert M. Rae; her sons, Lieutenant Colonel and Craig S. Rae (Sherry) of Salisbury, NC; and her grandchildren, Chris (Sara), Shannon (Jimmy Vo) and Shelley (Charles Sloop). She was also cherished by four great grandchildren.
