She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester G. Starry and Gladys Peters Starry. She is survived by: her sister Dorothy S. Johnson of Gettysburg, PA; her niece Dottie Johnson; and her great-nephew Eric Johnson (family: Jason, Beth Lancaster, Todd, Lisa Williams, Christy Clark, Tim, Heather Leatherman, Mark Dutrow).

In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the Adams County SPCA, 11 Goldenville Road, Gettysburg, PA 17325.
