He was predeceased by: his father Harold. He is survived by: his wife Carrie Lichty Rice; his children, Holly Jo Hoak (Scott) of York Springs, PA, Angie Myers (Duane) of New Oxford, PA and Timothy D. Rice (Heidi) of Spring Grove, PA; his grandchildren, Koty Hoak, Bailey Hoak, Nikita Myers, Camden Rice, Braxton Rice and Jaden Rice; and his siblings, Marlin Rice, Lonnie Rice and Linda Murtoff.
