Winters in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, born in Highspire, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 4, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Winters and Maude Winters; and his wife Evelyn B. Winters. He is survived by: his children, Rose Marie Abbl (Don Abbl) of Texas, Scott L. Winters (Ann) and Kevin Lee Winters of Red Lion, PA; and his grandchildren, Oscar, Jody and Shelby. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren; 4 step-children.
