He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Nathan Belcher and Lucille Trautfield Belcher. He is survived by: his son Nathaniel Belcher (Sarah Belcher); his granddaughter Addison Belcher of Fort Pierce; his son Zachary Belcher (Patricia Belcher) of Tampa; his grandchildren, Colin and Cora Belgrave of Westminster, Maryland.; his wife Dana Belgrave Belcher of Gettysburg; and his stepson Scott Belgrave (Marie Belgrave). He is also survived by the father to his two sons.
