He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent L. Charlton and Betty Jane Charlton (Sarver); his wife Barbara Sue Walker; and his siblings, Stanley Charlton, Mary Jane Charlton and Nancy Phillippi.
He is survived by: his children, Jessica Strayer (George) of Somerset, Shawn Charlton (Bre) of Clayton, NC, Jennifer Charlton (Raymond Younkin) of Sipesville and Randy Charlton Jr.; and his siblings, Carol J. Tressler of Greensburg, Patricia A. Will of Edie, Sandra L. Lepley of Friedens and Daniel B. Charlton (Karen) of Friedens. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
