He was predeceased by: his parents, George Matolyak and Anne Simmons Matolyak; and his sister Francine Matolyak. He is survived by: his former wife Teresa Abromitis Matolyak; his children, William Jr. of Frackville, Jeff of Frackville, Eric Matolyak of Frackville and Amy (Doug Pemberton) of Dallas, TX; his grandchildren, Olivia and Ethan; and his siblings, George Matolyak, Carol Matolyak, Patti Napoli and Bobbie Gaboda. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
72, Frackville died suddenly early Tuesday morning at Lehigh Valley Hospital Cedar Crest, Allentown from complications of Covid-19.
