She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Spotts and Catherine Spotts (Kitscock); and her husband Eugene J. Blackwell. She is survived by: her sons, Eugene J. Blackwell III (Kathleen) of Frackville, Eric Blackwell (Michelle) of Paxinos and Alex Blackwell (Nicki) of Virginia Beach, VA; and her grandchildren, E. J., Madison, Manny and Aidan.
