She was predeceased by: her parents, Elias Nahas and Elizabeth Nahas (Haddad); her husband John J. Hayek; and her siblings, James Nahas, Sara Welikonich, Dorothy Rader, Adele Matern and Joan Griffin.
She is survived by: her former husband Jack Hayek; her children, John (Barbara Hayek) of Mechanicsville, VA, Diane Hayek, William (Joann Hayek) and Richard (King); her siblings, Robert Nahas of New York City, NY, Rose Matthews of Syracuse, NY and Helene Nahas; and her siblings-in-law, Bernadette Nahas, Charles Matern and Michael Massood. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
