Robert J. Kopec Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert J. Kopec of Forty Fort, Pennsylvania, born in Kingston, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 8, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo S. Kopec and Victoria Yagojinski Kopec; and his brother Thomas R. Kopec. He is survived by: his pets, Sneakers, Mattie and Becker; his wife Janet; his siblings, Leon Kopec (Betsy), Edward Kopec (Margy), Patricia Ricci (Stephen), James Kopec (Conchi) and Chipiona; and his sister-in-law Patricia Kopec. He is also survived by his numerous nieces and nephews, and countless friends.
Always community minded and extremely generous, Bob was an avid volunteer with the Weinberg Northeast Regional Food Bank, and was also an ardent blood donor for the American Red Cross, donating over 100 pints of blood.
