It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan G. (Lang) Johnson of Forty Fort, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 5, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Albert James. She is survived by: her sons, Robert (late Louise Lang), Jeffrey, David (Shelley), Peter and Palmer (Stacey); her grandchildren, Anna, Mia, Emily, Kelly, Kate, John, Tanner, Trevor, Gianna, Brenna, Madeline and Gavin; and her great grandchild Penelope Oriol.
She would be happy to know support was given to the Arts Community in hopes that they once again thrive after the pandemic.
In lieu of flowers, her family requests a donation be made in her honor to a Luzerne or Lackawanna County Theater Ensemble.
