Proleika Jr. of Forty Fort, Pennsylvania, born in Swoyersville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 21, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward T. Proleika Sr. and Anna W. Proleika (Guzik); his wife Bette; and his siblings, Ronald Proleika, Fred Proleika Sr. and Mary Jo Mackavage.
He is survived by: his children, Edward T. Proleika III (Carol) and Julianne Astolfi (Dean); his grandchildren, Olivia Astolfi, Nathan Proleika, Gabriella Proleika and Jonah Astolfi; and his sisters-in-law, Shirley Proleika and Barbara Proleika. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
