He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Julie Haas (Sosnowsky) and Bernard Haas; his children, Zachary Haas (Megan Wagner) of West Easton, Joshua Haas of Forks Twp and Stacy Eustis (Kyle) of Palmer; his grandchildren, Adalynn Haas and Juliette Eustis; and his sisters, Alice Hickswa and Donna Bush.

In Lieu of Flowers. Memorial contributions may be made to "Little Kids Rock" Music Education Charity in Memory of Jeffrey.
