It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dale L. Starner (Forks Township, Pennsylvania), born in Pen Argyl, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 11, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Starner and Violet Starner (Kellow); and his siblings, Jim Starner and Loretta Starner. He is survived by: his wife Kim Starner (Simons); his sons, Bradley Starner (Julie) of Nazareth, Brandon Starner (Erin) of Bethlehem and Steve Starner (Amy) of Seattle, WA; his sisters, Rita Gallagher of Tannersville, Bonnie Starner of Cresco and Pattie Starner of Easton; his grandchildren, Cody, Casey, Cassidy, Andrew, Owen, Ben and Jake; and his great grandchild Jack.
