He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Nadzak and Frances Nash Nadzak. He is survived by: his former wife Carol; his children, Kenny (Jen) and Cheryl (David); his stepson Mike (Jung); his stepgrandchild Hanna; and his granddaughter Waverly Clara Nadzak.
