She was predeceased by: her parents, Gardner Harry Blose and Bertha L. Blose (Shope); her husband Eugene "Chuck" Stephens Jr.; her grandson Jeffrey L. Stephens Jr.; and her siblings, Linda Blose, Laura "Arlene" Walter, Randy Blose and Harry Blose.
She is survived by: her sons, Brian C. Stephens and Jeffrey L. Stephens (Becky); her granddaughter Ryley Stephens; her great grandchildren, Ayden Stephens, Jordan Stephens and Lexis Stephens; her sisters, Claire Beers (Ron) and Desira Reesman (late George); and her stepson Keith Peters.
