He is survived by: his wife Alene Elizabeth Willyard Hooks; his sons, Roger Hooks (Pat) of Toledo, Dale Hooks (Lillian) of Ford City, David Hooks (Mike Kelly) and Eric Hooks of Ford City; and his brother Floyd Hooks (Pat) of Ford City. He is also survived by five grandchildren and eight great- grandchildren.
