She was predeceased by: her parents, Craig Wynkoop and Dora Wynkoop (Emahiser); and her siblings, Leland Darl Wynkoop, Dorothy L. "Dot" Wynkoop, Coleda Dunmire, Agnes Emminger and Florence Ann Rosenberger.
She is survived by: her husband Robert M. "Bob" Shotts; her children, William Black, Jr. (Yong Ae) of South Korea, Charles "Chuck" Black of Ford City, David Black, Sr. (Amy) of Johnstown, Dorothy Kiger of Tucson, AZ, Yvonne Shotts of Philadelphia and Bobbi Rupert (Wayne) of Ford City; and her brothers, William J. "Jay" Wynkoop of Cadogan and Craig A. "Junior" Wynkoop (Julie) of Kittanning. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
