He was predeceased by: his wife Ida R. Szukalski; and his brother Edward J. Szukalski. He is survived by: his children, Barbara C. McFerran and Edward W. Szukalski; and his grandsons, Michael Steiner (Valerie), Christopher Steiner (Kathleen), Bryan Sullo and Stephen Sullo (Kristen). He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
