He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Leonard Tafel and Gertrude Tafel (Hommen). He is survived by: his wife Ruth Tafel; and his children, Cyndi Rohland (David), Gail Guertin (Wayne) and David Tafel (Linda). He is also survived by six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
