She was predeceased by: her husband John R. Budge; her parents, John Williams and Alice Williams (Keller); and her son Richard Budge. She is survived by: her children, Terry Budge (Cheryl) of Feasterville, Jeanne Ott (Randy) of Pen Argyl and Deborah Miller (Rodney) of Saylorsburg; her grandchildren, Jamie Parsons-Ott, Jarrett Ott and Kyle Miller; her stepgrandsons, Donald Predmore and George Predmore; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Emma Jae Predmore, Abbie Predmore, Ethan Predmore and Austin Predmore.
