Snow (Olivia) of Parker; his grandson David Turner of Fairview; his sisters, Karla A. Nass (Gerald) of North Washington and Tammy L. Rottman (Damian) of Chicora; his sister-in-law Lillian Snow of Karns City; and his parents, Andrea Mills of Cheswick and Regina Miller of Butler. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
