He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia A.. He is survived by: his sons, John W. (Maureen), Tim (Michelle) and Ed; his grandchildren, Tara McCreedy (Jordan), Kimberly, Brendan, Ryan, Marissa, Zachary and Kevin; his great grandchildren, Cade and Connor; and his sisters, Lorraine McCarroll and Dorothy Barron. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Frances Cabrini Church.
