He is survived by: his sons, James E. Pietrinferni (Lisa), Dante M. Pietrinferni (Tracy) and Roy D. Pietrinferni; his stepchildren, Bard Halladay (Daun) and Lee P. Halladay; his grandsons, Paul M. Pietrinferni and Nicholas J. Pietrinferni; his stepgranddaughters, Danielle Halladay and Heather Halladay; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Aden, Hallie and Brielle.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
