Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved John Mario DeAngelo (Erie, Pennsylvania), who passed away at the age of 96, on February 24, 2025. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph DeAngelo and Elizabeth DeAngelo (Chilelli); his wife Theodora DeAngelo (Signorelli); and his siblings, Gary, Richard, Joseph, Anthony DeAngelo and Diana Hudler.
He is survived by: his children, Marcie Zbach (Chris) of Erie, Laurie Mixter of Pittsburgh and Jeffrey DeAngelo (Linda) of Orlando, Fla.; his grandchildren, Emily DeAngelo-Kriebel and Jeffrey "Eric" DeAngelo; his great grandchild Vayda Kriebel; his sisters, Velma Shuba and Judy Kenyon (Robert) of Erie; and his sister-in-law Kathy DeAngelo. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brugger Funeral Homes & Crematory - West 38th (1595 W 38th St, Erie, PA 16508). A prayer will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 9:15 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Jude the Apostle Church (2801 W 6th St, Erie, PA 16505).
