He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Eugene and Barbara Jean Griffith (Hill); his children, Tabatha L. Griffith, Zabrina Griffith and Herschel E. "Tiger" Griffith; and his grandson David Kline, II.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Lee (Fisher) of Summit Twp; his children, Krista L. Griffith of Volant and Keri S. Mickel (Michael) of Millcreek Twp; and his sister Kathy Thacker of Linton, IN. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
