She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Anthony Miglicio and Elena Miglicio (Lena); her siblings, Theresa Vizza, Francis Miglicio, Kenneth Miglicio and Anthony "Junior" Miglicio; her husband Stanley J. Czekai of Johnsonburg, PA.; her children, Deborah Czekai (Al Boyce) of Florida, Kimberly Zito (Michael Zito) of Georgia, Tina Czekai of Pennsylvania and William Czekai (Dianne) of Tennessee; her godson Russel Miglicio (Lisa) of Florida; her grandsons, Robert "Bob" Ludwig (Pam) of Colorado and Anthony Zito (Jolevette); her children, Kira, Jacob, Amelia, Elijah of Georgia and Frank Zito (Chandra); her grandchildren, Sofia, Finn of Georgia, Amber Czekai, Danielle of North Carolina and Nicholas Zito; her children, Isabella "Bella", Luciano of Georgia and Brittany Czekai (Joey); her grandchild Reef of New Jersey; and her child Shea Czekai (Kelsey) of Pennsylvania. She was also cherished by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

In lieu of donations the family asks for everyone to honor Isabelle by being nice to one another and enjoy life.
