He was predeceased by: his father Anderson Andrew. He is survived by: his wife MaryAnn Kavcak; his children, Chris (Marie), Jen (Anthony O'Hara), Erin (Padraic Colley) and Alyssa (Bill); his siblings, Donna, Marilyn, Joe and Dolores; and his brothers-in-law, John Kavcak and Thomas Kavcak. He is also survived by 10 beautiful grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to St. Ann's Catholic Church Emmaus or Ascend Hospice.
