With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Ann Smith (Emmaus, Pennsylvania), born in Mount Vernon, New York, who passed away on November 6, 2021 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Burnham and Helen Pearsall; her husband Edward W. Smith, Jr.; and her daughter Catherine M. Kichline. She is survived by: her children, Edward J. Smith (Trina) of New Tripoli, Grace M. Sebastian (Michael) of Emmaus and Patricia A. Schiebel (Philip) of Orefield; and her brother Richard Burnham. She is also survived by 6 Grandchildren and 9 Great-Grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the church or to the American Cancer Society.
