It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice E. Howerter (Emmaus, Pennsylvania), who passed away on September 14, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Carl L. Howerter; and her parents, Harry A. Meck and Dorothy Meck (Hillegass). She is survived by: her children, Tim Howerter (Hollie) and Mary Jane Stroup (Dave); her grandchildren, Brandi, Ashley and Alyssa; and her great grandchildren, Renee, Ri-Lynn, Ellie, Harlow, Kora and Kayleigh.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
