He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen J. Kollar and Sophie A. Kollar (Billie); his grandson Andrew Nemeth; and his brother Stephen A. Kollar. He is survived by: his wife Theresa H. Kollar (Ringer); his daughters, Kimberly Wolfe, Beth Hallman (David Miller) and Lori Biery (William); and his siblings, Patricia Druckenmiller, Eleanor Kollar, Edward Kollar (Joan) and Daniel Kollar (Donna). He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren; 6 Great-Grandchildren.
