He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lieutenant Commander John and Marguerite Kemmerer; his wife Cecelia Kemmerer (Ebbo); his daughter Korynn Buss; his grandsons, Colin and Tanner; his siblings, Sharon (Robert Yurick), Maureen Bennicoff and Ronald (Linda Kemmerer); and his nephews, Craig Yurick and Sean Bennicoff. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, cousins, plus many good friends.
