He was predeceased by: his parent Stanley M.. He is survived by: his spouse Diane A. Runey (Riu); his parent Ethel Mae Runey (Miller); his children, Patricia A. Brantley, Garrett S. Runey, II, Kathleen E. Plyler, Michael G. Runey and Rosalie Waldraff; and his stepchild Shannah Halper of William Grube. He is also survived by 13 Grandchildren; 13 Great-Grandchildren.
