She is survived by: her spouse Rayburn C. Smith; her children, Dennis L. Smith of Emlenton, Daniel W. Smith (Linda) of Dunnellon, Florida, Kathy L. Shanafelt of Emlenton, Jesse C. Smith (Debbie) of Knox, Joel C. Smith (Knox), Priscilla J. Ofca of Steubenville, Ohio, Rose A. Smith of Pittsburgh and George A. Smith (Tanis) of Beckley; her siblings, Gail L. McConnell of Stevenson and James Douglas Bunch (Ruby) of Mechanicsville; her daughter-in-law Arlene Smith of Emlenton; and her brother-in-law Aven Miller of Louisville, Mississippi. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and one great great grandson.
