He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles L. "Roy" Ashbaugh and Elizabeth Master Ashbaugh; his son Timothy A. Ashbaugh; and his brother Robert Ashbaugh (Phyllis). He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Kay Botzer Ashbaugh; his children, William "Bill" Ashbaugh (Pam) of Emlenton and Rhonda Ashbaugh (Jeffrey) of Butler; his grandchildren, Kayla Ashbaugh and Joshua Ashbaugh of Butler; his stepgrandchildren, Eric Persch (Ali) of New Wilmington and Ashley Linamen (Justin) of Parker; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Aleya, Kayge Linamen of Parker, Phoenix Rae and Demi Jae Persch of New Wilmington; his sister Nancy; his brother-in-law Robert Trill of Parker; his brother Gary; and his sister-in-law Peggy Ashbaugh of Tampa. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
