With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Rapp (Emlenton, Pennsylvania), born in Oil City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 8, 2019 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew C. Rapp and Mary Lou Planker Rapp; his siblings, Carol Lynn Rapp, Catherine Elizabeth "Beth" Rapp Stewart and Peter Joseph Rapp; and his niece Stephanie Rapp.
He is survived by: his daughter Alyssa Karns (Lily) of Cuyahoga Falls, OH; his siblings, Michael A. Rapp of Mars, James E. Rapp (Cindy) of Parker, Trish Rapp Giles of Stuart, FL, Bradley C. Rapp (Cindy) of Emlenton and Andrew C. Rapp (Leah) of Foxburg; and his aunt Ann "Frankie" Planker Irons of Mooresville, NC. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
